On Wednesday 3 November, the inspiration session 'Would you like to be helped by yourself?' Place. In this session, six managers, who you may recognize from the video series 'People at the center', will discuss the challenges of people-oriented working within the central government. What does it mean in practice to take the human dimension as the starting point within the existing frameworks? What does it take to work in a people-oriented way? And above all: what dilemmas do they run into? Under the leadership of moderators Marjolijn Grijns (board member at the A+O fund Rijk) and Merei Lubbe (partner at consultancy firm LPBL), the participants share their stories. The guests at the table are: - Marilieke Engbers (scientist and substantive expert on the theme 'The Unspoken in the Boardroom') - Reinout Woittiez (former transition director at the Netherlands Forensic Institute) - Mark Frequin (advisor national government) - Chistine Nijkamp (director of PGB services at de Sociale Verzekeringsbank) - Elmer Burke (MT member for Emancipation at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science) - Heidi Boussen (Director of Healthy & Safe Working at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment).
