
I’m pleased to share our paper, developed over seven years of research, reflection, and rewriting with Prof. dr. Svetlana Khapova- my co-author, teacher, supporter, and friend. Her encouragement made me consider the possibility that an executive could also become a scholar and publish in respected academic journals, even later in life.
The paper explores how a spiral of the unsaid can emerge in board dynamics when directors unknowingly operate from different interpretations and expectations of the same situation while relying on assumed best practices.
